★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconsistent personnel, one time very friendly and helpful and the next time anything but, today was anything but.
Went to take a sweater back that didn't fit properly and only then noticed on the receipt that they wouldn't refund $, just exchange or give a gift card. I was definitely not told that when I purchased the sweater but will know to ask next time. After looking around I did not find anything I liked so asked what happens now, I was told that "she would see if she was able to load the refund onto a gift card". Making it sound like it may not be possible....what if it wasn't possible? I'm held hostage looking thru the store until I find something? Lol. Ask questions first here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I go to this store whether it's busy or not I always get the attention and help I need. I love a store that waits on you and makes you feel like you matter when trying to find clothing or accessories for any type of event or daily basis.
I recently had the best experience with Krystal! She helped me find the perfect outfit for our first family photos and I would go back to her anytime!

The service in the store was amazing, the employee was so kind patient & wonderful this made my experience so much more comfortable & enjoyable. I will be back thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to say a huge thank you there are 2 amazing ladies who helped me find a couple work outfits and christmas shopping list complete. One lady was really tall with red hair and one was a little shorter brown hair. These two ladies knew the product, the washing care of the garments this really was helpful. The service was amazing i could not get the text promo to work but still ended up saving money. Thank you ladies
