About Edge Clothing
Edge Clothing was established in 1984 by the Grande family in Parkland Mall and was formally known as “Fits You Shops Inc.” Then expanded and opened a second shop in Bower Place in the early 90’s. We took on the name “Edge Clothing” in the early 2000’s. Now, 37 years later we are still locally owned and operated by the second generation of the Grande family, with a single store in Bower Place.
My name is Marco Grande I have worked at Edge Clothing since I was 14 years old. I was born into this industry literally, my birth year is the year we were established. I decided to stick with the clothing industry. I love this industry and the people it has allowed me to connect with. My wife Tessa started working at the shop 9 years ago as our amazing book keeper and ladies buyer.
We have 2 young children, hence why our kids department has grown so much!
We are as local as it gets, we are the people you run into at the grocery store, at the Collicut Centre swimming, on the extensive bike paths Red Deer offers or in line at the food court in Bower Place. We try to support our community in many charity events and donations. We thank each and every one of our customers for their support over the last 37 years, we truly appreciate it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Edge last week and found a pair of shoes on sale. When they were rung in, it came up as the regular price. They would not honor the price on the tag and the owner was quite rude. He pretty much accused me of changing out the tag for a sale price, despite it very definitely being a store tag. When I told him he was going to lose our business by not honoring the price he told me that he didn't care and that customers are "a dime a dozen". I've never been treated that way by a business have no intention of ever shopping there again. There are other great stores in Red Deer like All Rose (great customer service there) and The Boathouse, to name a couple, that we will be going to from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't believe this store is still open. Their products are the most expensive in the city. You can surely find better deals for the same stuff elsewhere. Not to mention their teeny bopper employees follow you around and watch you like your a criminal. They can't just let a person shop. No joke. Literally take an item off the shelf to look at it, and out pops one of them "Can I start a change room for you? Can I put that up at the counter for you? Then when you politely decline because you havent even looked the item over, they follow you....Won't be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For years me and my girlfriend never went in this store but due to covid we figured we would support local.
Well all sales are final I Geuss, she got me a birthday gift and it was in a sealed package (underwear) and she went to return it the other day because it's not my usual SAXX she remembered. They wouldn't take them back no store credit or anything.
This will be the last time we shop here total BS sealed package.

All the girls I have ever interacted with were very, very nice and helpful. I'll definitely be going back. I hope the service continues to be great.
