★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is lovely. But the staff need a lesson in customer service. Not to sit and scialize while customers staring at you go un helped because their too busy talking it up with friends not buying anything from the over priced store. I'm sad to say go somewhere else if you want any kind of help from this store as you will go in noticed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed in my experience at Country Cupboard. I was there this past Saturday and I found the sales staff very rude and would rather talk to each other over customers. I had some very basic questions about a gift I was coming in to purchase and felt like I was an inconvenience. I took my business elsewhere and my friend loved her gift I purchased at Home Sense. It was a comparable product at half the price and the staff there answered ALL my questions. Normally I would prefer to support local businesses over chains, but ONLY if the SERVICE is there and it was NOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "A sweet little shop tended to by sweet little old ladies" how I explained it to a good friend when encouraging her to try gift shopping here.
The staff are always do cheerful and attentive, despite how compact it may be, the store itself has quite a selection of stock!
