In the Red Deer Source helped my girlfriend and I get new phones and set them up for close to 4hrs I believe and were so patient and helpful so if you are in Bower mall and run into any of those 3 employees you are in very good hands and special note for Kailum good luck with the new kid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor experience. Purchased earbuds in store that were very uncomfortable. Went to the store next day to return and I was only then advised they weren't returnable because they had been opened. I reached out to customer service through multiple channels and was told the policy is on their website. Given I did not purchase on the website, it seems entirely unreasonable to require me to go to the website for return policy.
Very disappointed not to have been advised at purchase and will never shop there again, given competitors do not have this policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go here. I bought an Apple Pencil for my daughter and it wouldn’t connect. Probably the iPad was too old of a model. All we did was open the plastic. Left all the stickers on and paperwork in the box and have receipt. Tried to bring it back today and was informed I can’t return it because we opened the box. Nobody said that at any time when I was buying it. I wouldn’t have bought it otherwise. Frustrated and angry.. Completely useless employees. I came from out of town twice and was told to come back tomorrow. I’ll never be back and I’ll tell everyone I know to think twice before going there.
