★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing knowledgeable group of people working in the store. They will sell you what you need for your camping/outdoors adventure. Price is amazing I’ve had some of their hiking gear for over a year now and it still holds up. Will be my go to place for a long time to come!

My jacket had a manufacturing defect. Absolutely terrible service in red deer mountain warehouse in Bower mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so disgusted with this company. Just bought a cycling jacket from them on Amazon Canada. It should have fit but didn't. To return the jacket I had to pay for shipping. Just took it to the Post Office and it cost me $19.41 which was the cheapest to ship it. Now a clothing company knows many times the items aren't going to fit. I have bought from Mountain Warehouse before but never had to return item. The company has a terrible business policy/strategy. I had to return another clothing item from Alberta to Los Vegas. Not only was the return at no cost to me, they gave me my refund immediately without needing to receive it. Canadian businesses are stuck in their old ways. I recommend not buying from this antiquated company at this time. Maybe they will learn how to do online business. So disgusted!
