★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in this store. Walked around for about an hour, while it was not very busy in the store at all. Saw about 10 different employees, most of who looked at me, and then went back to the conversations they were having with each other. Went to try some items on and the employee in the fitting rooms was rude and dismissive. I chose a couple things to purchase, and made my way up to the front to pay. I noticed none of the 3 cashiers sanitizing the counters in between customers, which is unacceptable during a pandemic. While waiting in line, I could hear the cashiers asking other customers the usual questions, but it was again crude and dismissive. As I was checking out, the customer and cashier next to me were discussing his receipt. The cashier asked for his email for the receipt, and he just asked if they could do a printed copy. She replied in a very unimpressed tone that they do, printed it, and threw it down on the counter for him.
Overall, very unimpressed with the customer service at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had excellent service at the Centre Ml location in Saskatoon. A staff member named Minh was multi-tasking helping several customers at once. He was very friendly and professional and found us exactly what we were looking for. Bonus…shoes were on a great sale!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A typical SportChek with average service. Better than most though. Selection and location is very good with free parking in the mall. Good selection for most Canadian sports except football. The tech stuff here is not prominent and not easy to browse. It's okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier, a woman, thin, about 160cm, middle age, near the entrance of the store. She smiled to the previous customer before me. But when I walked to her, she changed face, looked angry to me. I am so confused, and I don’t know why she did it to me. Her attitude to me is rude, like I owe her a lot of money. It is reasonable to say that she is a kind of racist. Shame on her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection was a bit poorer than I am used to but the sales person was excellent and assisted me in ordering them online. They will now be delivered to my home. The friends and family days are on and I got $70 shoes for $52 so I'm pretty stoked.
