Bill and Kent separately took the time to go through the different qualities of diamonds and explained the difference of lab grown vs mined. They helped guide me through the insurance process and in the end, my ring turned out beautifully! They even made some minor repairs to it as well. Highly recommend!

My husband ended up purchasing my engagement ring there, and we have bought other jewelry there since. Everyone who works there is sincere, non-pressuring, and seems happy ... they clearly enjoy the work and the people they work with. Bill is our go-to guy. He invests in knowing what's going on in my life and how this might affect the way my rings are fitting (seasons, stress, etc). He is gentle and sincere. He is willing to look into solutions when needed (like getting an antique necklace put back together when I brought it to him in pieces with some pieces missing). I strongly recommend to anyone to go to Heinrichs for engagement and wedding rings, special occasion rings and necklaces, or repairs on antiques. I will keep going back.

From all my gold chains to the engagement and wedding rings, anniversary presents like diamond earrings or watches, these guys, especially Kent go so far above and beyond what others do it’s commendable. I barley ever review a business but when your local and you are a cut above everyone else in the city it’s a no brainer. Go with these guys they will absolutely impress you every time!
