★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On two visits to the Centre Mall store, the Sales Associate who helped me was Jessica. She went through all the features, weights and prices of the large luggage as well as the backpacks. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was able to narrow down my choices to the IT Interknit luggage and the High Sierra backpack -- both items are lightweight, durable and a reasonable price. Thanks to Jessica, I will be well equipped and have lots of lightweight packing space for my next trip.

Just went in to buy a luggage set
Waited for that lady to finish her phone call
She saw me and ignored me
She was busy on phone discussing her upcoming trip and didn’t even attend me
Finally i went out of the store and she couldn’t care less,,, she was still busy on her phone
Word of advice for other shoppers
Go to some other store and don’t disturb her phone call

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Centre Mall and the sales clerk Dona is an amazing person who helped me today at the mall. I had to come to this mall . I wear an Air-Cast-Boot and cost me round trip $40 just to buy a carry on bag from Centre Mall that I should have bought at Midtown Mall. The clerk at Midtown when I went for a 5th time still texting on phone before I went to centre Mall.
Go to Dona at Centre Mall to buy luggage as she will help customers as she sure is a very kind person.
