Usless... I want to sign up for a new phone and get my company discount . I talked to Roger's online and they directed me to a Roger's store. I told the lady what I was told and showed he the the promo from my company. She keeps asking me for my phone number. I do not have an account with Roger's yet. If it was not for my company discount I would not deal with them after this. I will have to go to another Roger's store to see if there training is better

We had the best customer service experience here. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They went above and beyond what was expected. There were many incentives to sign up including free air pods and a free tablet, and a $50 store credit and a phone case. I felt like they truly appreciated our service and wanted to give us the best deal possible. Would recommend to everyone.

The best service I’ve ever had, the manager was very friendly and helpful. I wanted to change my cell phone provider from that useless Bell company and when I spoke with the manager he made it so easy to make the switch. After a month I upgraded to a new iPhone 12 Pro Max, which I got a rebate on the connection fee, a new tablet and a Sonos Bluetooth speaker for free. I’d completely recommend going to these guys hands down.
