They've pretty much destroyed the local computer business's without providing affordable pricing. It's too bad, the service is not good. Otherwise, not very happy with them but when it comes down to it they do use their buying power to get items in as quick as possible when requested. I would never buy a large ticket item from them but the small stuff sure.

Worse experience I ever had in Canada. No one was available in the store for 15 minutes that I stand there. I walked around and wasn’t able to find any one, except two cashiers. Would recommend stay away from this particular store.

Terrible, stop on my way through, bought open box sound bar, asked for remote so i could take it off display mode, brought me remote said was for it drove home 3 hours away and they gave me a tv remote. Now im out 200 and have useless soundbar. Not impressed at all. Cant even call store directly to talk to somebody about it.

Purchased a Nintendo switch from here, brand new. Couple months later I'm having issues with it. So I contact Nintendo to get it repaired. I go to pack the console into its original box. And I noticed something that I didn't, when I was too excited to play my new console. an "open item sticker." They sold me an open box item for FULL price, without my knowledge. I go to return this item, but they won't accept it as I missed the "30 day return policy" even though they knowingly sold me a FAULTY ITEM. In the end it's my bad for not noticing the sticker, but as a billion dollar company you can't even honor your mistake and give me a refund, or even exchange? Ridiculous.

Bought some earbuds yesterday. The guy who sold them to me was very firm on their policy for returns on headphones and made it a point to circle it on the receipt. Fresh out of the box and they don't work and now to return? Probably won't take them back or exchange... And now I'm out $30? It was like they knew it wasn't going to work and yet decided to sell them.

I was skeptical about buying a laptop here from past experiences, but today I had the best customer service ever with your employee. He was so helpful, didn't push any sales on me, was enjoyable, and made the experience a great one. 10 out of 10. I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you, Connor!?

I bought a laptop from Best Buy in February 2022, and a week ago, it did not turn on. Or if it turned on after a few seconds, it would turn off. I went to the store today to ask for assistance, and they said that I should reset my laptop completely. In the middle of the resetting process, the associate, who was helping me, said that they could not do anything for free, and he unplugged my laptop and closed it. He told me his manager insulted him for helping me and asked me to do the process at home. When I got home, my laptop did show up at ALL! I did not expect such a pathetic action from one of the managers! Because of them, my laptop is not working at any cost now! Since I have recently purchased a laptop from this store, they should have been more responsible in helping their customers! Additionally, to sell products of a high quality that last at least for a year, not just two months!
