★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivers as always. I went for school supplies less than a week before school starts and the shelves were well stocked and almost all the products I needed were available at sale prices. I asked a Rep to check stock one one item and they were out of stock, then they let me know both other locations in the city had lots available. Great customer service as always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just stopped in to Staples today to try and get buisness cards printed. The lady at the solutions service till seemed reluctant to serve us. She was trying to convince us to go online to place the order instead of placing it with her right there in store.
If we went online and placed it we might get same day service but if we placed it with her in store she would have to cut it and it wouldn't be ready today.
We live out of town and explained that to her, she said thats fine? Um ok.
Terrible service. Wasted time and gas into the city. Will not be using staples for future printing needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience at the cash today. Went to pay for one item, a pack of pens, and the cashier told me with a finger gesture to wait a minute. He was speaking with his co-worker about something instead of doing his cashier job. About 5 minutes later, another employee(probably a supervisor/manager) came by and asked if I had been helped yet and actually helped me.
At the end, the original employee did not apologize for not doing his job and having me wait 5 minutes. How he still has a job is baffling as I very highly doubt he provides strong customer service to anyone else given what I experienced.
That super/manager retained a star for the business.

We went a few days ago to purchase a few things and THE PEN BAR. I was standing at that pen bar for like 20 minutes. It’s the coolest thing in this city ? sorry WDM ?
