★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very conveniently located on 8th street business area. Huge parking lot for shoppers. Everything's available from electronics to furniture, from cosmetics to stationaries. Big shop! They have special selection for men too ;)

Have varieties of items from Home, Computers, Kitchen, Babies, Photos and Medicine
The bad:
1. Most of the stuffs are cold (mostly photo section). But the medicine/clinic staffs are nice.
2. Expensive, try comparing with Walmart and other stores
3. Little knowledge: Went to software update on my Nikon D750. They have no clue. I went there because I got an offer from them. ?
4. If you take PP photo in this place, they will no longer store for you. If you missed something or wanted to print more next day then it’s gone. Another $18 for you. This became so inconvenient because they used to store until 2 months ago. But now their policy changed (meaning wants more money from costumers)
5. When items are on sale they are usually expensive than regular prices at other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store openly violates the public health order by allowing customers shop without masks as evidenced by the manager Brett and all of the cashiers December 21 at approximately 8:30pm. Brett said that it was acceptable for customers to shop without masks. For my safety, I will never be returning to this store and will be informing my friends and family for their safety as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to buy cologne. No one around to help. Prices are hugely inflated. Figure if they charge an inflated price they should at least put that extra money to hire staff, not to the rich owners pockets. One star for the cologne department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem of a store - they really seem to have a little bit of everything. They offer a wide variety of recycling services, such as old electronics. They carry some products in can never find anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jordan working in the photo department is an absolute 5 star employee and person! My photo order was delayed due to shipping issues. While that wasn't ideal Jordan was excellent and assisted me with options and explanations. Great customer service. I really appreciated his help!

I was unable to pick up an order (that had taken longer than estimated to print) due to traveling over the holidays, and avoiding non essential outings during the 5th COVID wave. Called today to ensure my order was still there, and was unceremoniously told that they threw all uncollected orders out in January. No apology, no offer to reprint my order or refund what I paid. Horrible customer service, I will never return to London Drugs.
