★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very disappointing that I have got my birthday gift and one of associates refuse to redeems my $10 off from my purchase. Nobody told me there is expiration of gift even tho it’s not 1month. I waste my time to look for and at the counter associate made me angry on the till. It’s very annoying situation I have just passed few hours after that. Body shop shouldn’t give customer that false information. They have no rights to waste people time. I emailed I didn’t get reply yet. It’s not about the money issues it’s about service and false information. I hope upper level will notice it. Thanks
