★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst shoppers on the East side. I don't like the pharmacy at Centre Mall but everything about the Grosvenor Park location is terrible. No one wants to help you even when you ask. If I wanted someone to say "it's over there" without giving me a specific location, why would I even ask for assistance?
As people have previously mentioned, the post office is awful. The woman working there either hates life or humans. If it's the former, maybe find a job out of customer service; if it's the latter, maybe stay home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So Basically went at this location today at the night time because i was working all the day and didn’t get the time to see the Black Friday sale. Me and my friend went there and we both were looking around. The security guard was there and he was literally following us wherever we went.we thought okay he is doing his duty.but after sometime he came to me and said u have something in your pocket and i was like why should i do that. He was like i stole something from the store. I felt very insulted about it and just went away from there. This is my first worst experience in shoppers drug mart. I will never come back again.
Sorry but you can not blame people that they are stealing something without a proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I realize that its difficult to find employees in retail sector. But my experience with the beaury counter lady and possibly her helper (thought at first security as she was dressed all in black) Has once again left me disappointed and will only shop at this location if nothing else is open. As I strolled up and down the cosmetic wall tring to figure out what products to get. I learned one of them used to live elsewhere, their critique of the hockey game between the oilers and flames, that one of them went to the Avril Lavine concert. But when I came up to pay for a couple of things I did manage to find and was asked if I found everything I was looking for as she totalled my purchase on the till and I said.....Kind of. She shrugged, gave me my total. So I paid and went to Market Mall. Had super service from the gal there. Its an older store, but perhaps when Shoppers decided to renovate the 8th st location, perhaps they should of allowed money in the budget for training their staff on customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy is just awful. Used to be great! Now they are slow to fill, stuff not in stock, not returning calls, losing things, short staffed, some staff aren't very polite, don't seem to know what is going on.
I wwitched to London Drugs, only a block over, and they also have a TON of other stuff, way more than Shoppers. Staples is also right there, along with Starbucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy is sometimes a gong show. They have used my credit card to pay for other's medicine. It's a good thing I (not they) noticed. Just getting a prescription filled is problematic. I've had to phone so often. Erin sounds rushed but at least sorry, others are just sulky and dismissive. My phone number has repeatedly not been updated, notes don't get added to my file. At the last moment though, Erin did make sure I got my medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to find a new foundation (my usual one I bought from Dad's was good but a bit too costly). I asked the woman working about the kind of foundation I was looking for. She asked about my skin type and my price point. Based on this she showed me the options and helped me pick the colour that best matched my skin colour. She was very helpful, don't recall her name but thank you for your help. New foundation is great!
