S	Soumik Dutta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a birthday cake ordered from the sobeys bakery. Well at first they didn’t had hot wheels cake design, so had to send them the design. Anyway so we got the cake and was really amazed to find the the cake was frozen solid with icicles in between the layers. We had to thaw that cake and turned to be soggy after that, which finally went into the bin. My birthday boy was upset and it made me feel terrible about it. Sorry to say probably this would the last cake I bought it from sobeys.
D	Derek Bedard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has a good selection of cooked food ready to go. It also has good selection of anything else you would like. The store layout is interesting but everything looks good and in order. If you are looking for a store with options Sobeys is it.

They have a nice layout, it's modern with the produce and deli and bakery all separate from the rest of the store. I like the quality of food and produce that Sobeys represents. They also have a pharmacy with a large selection of pharmacy items.
B	B S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing that they no longer carry Violife vegan cheese, meanwhile the other Sobeys locations continue to carry this brand. I even had another random shopper in the store express disappointment to me about this product no longer being stocked at this location .
S	Stephen Maryland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly renovated. It's nice but like all Sobeys it's very expensive, staff are rude and lazy union workers. Two bags of groceries are easily $40. Good news is that a Save On Foods is opening across the street soon. Sobeys salads have no flavor, like cardboard and they are greenhouse chemical grown out east. Like all Canadians we just accept it as it is. Grossness alert: They never seem to refill the hand sanitizing wipes. Nasty.

However, I had a missed phone call about a cake I had ordered and when I called back (around 2:15pm on Jan. 13th) I spoke to a rather rude lady. Instead of asking who/which department I was trying to reach when I said I was returning a missed call, her response was “well we have 103 employees here so you will have to be more specific.” That was an entirely unprofessional response. Please work on your customer service skills.
