Please don't go here. The elder lady was very rude. If you don't come prepare with everything that there should be known, she will get annoy. Customer service? Hello?

AVOID THIS LOCATION! The primary staff working the counter always look annoyed to be at work and it gets worse when there are customers to deal with. The pace is unacceptably slow and very often rude. It seems if they move slow enough and act inept enough, customer will just leave. I know I have left many times over several years before leaving this review. Today I came in with a parcel that was nearly ready to ship. I was merely expecting to affix the pre-printed label I had brought to the parcel with a labelope (a clear plastic sleeve to protect the label during shipping). Neither staff responded with words but, instead, handed me roll of scotch tape. If they did not have the labelopes or they were unclear as to what I was referring to (again, acting inept is common here, by my account), words could have and should have been used. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I urge Canada Post to send in someone undercover as a customer to see why these reviews keep getting left by customers at this location. The service is unacceptable by almost all measure on nearly every visit. Please reassign this person and get someone in there that can at least pretend to be pleasant and helpful.

I'm new to Canada, and I'm new to how things work here. I was asking some questions related to sending a mail, the lady was very reluctant to respond. It was not a good experience. Customers will have questions and the staff should be willing to help.

The Iram woman and the Chinese guy told me they cannot find my letters due to system crash, then they said my package has not yet been here and told me to come outside to make a phone call to Shopper, and exactly that Chinese guy answered the phone and told me he would call me back but never call. I came back inside and the Iram woman put the piece "sorry no service" in front of me to deny discussion. They're very rude and unprofessional. Canada post or shopper drug mart should fire them.

Good old Canada Post. Never a let down.. my package has been in my city since last Wednesday.. just because expected delivery is set for July 6 doesn't mean you need to hang on to it until then. But... Then how will you justify loosing it.. Canada Post blows!!

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Usually does the best they can. Line-ups are long but that it is to be expected right now. However, they failed in one critical matter. I asked about insurance on an Xpress Post package because it has over $200 worth of documents and all they did was give me the envelopes and say nothing about the insurance. My package is now seemingly delayed or lost but doesn't sufficient insurance due to the inattention of the staff.

There was a lady, who I assume named Iram based on the previous reviews, was rude to me. I asked her a question and responded with a rude attitude. She told me to grab a pen but there was no pen in sight so I had to wait for a customer to finish using the pen even though she had one on her hand. Told me to give a value for my package but as a first timer, of course i didnt know what she meant. A customer had to explain to me what she meant

If you are able to get your mail directed elsewhere I strongly suggest this. The primary morning worker during the weekdays is never in a good mood. Their lack of customer service is the only consistency that this post office offers their customers. I have had numerous negative interactions with this staff, and I have spoken to upper management about it. It is clear that their is a lack of leadership, accountability and customer service within this particular post office. Do yourself a favour and get your mail delivered to another location.
