On Tuesday Jan 18th I was trying to drop off a pkg to Shoppers post office. I approached the front desk and I was treated rudely and with no respect. I know it was a FedEx label as I was informed by the Government website to drop it off at any shoppers store.
I tried to explain to her that the website as its misleading but no luck as she was interrupting my conversation
To make this experience even worst she told me "Cant you read the sign".
You might think I am not from this country but for sure I can read and just to let you know been here for only 20 years.
