★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff refused to give me the parcel because I don’t have the same address in my drivers license as the one that it’s addressed to. My family owns multiple properties throughout the country and I can’t have all of them listen in my ID, I only live here in Saskatoon for school. They’re giving me a hard time just picking up a parcel that I ordered and payed. My house isnt the one picking up the parcel, I am. I asked the clerk what’s going to happen with my parcel now that I can’t pick it up and she just shrugged. I had to show her that I ordered it from Amazon and it was supposed to be sent to where I live in order to get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drive 20 minutes just to go to this shoppers to send out mail because of Debbie! She is the nicest lady ever and is so patient and happy to help! I hope her manager sees this because she deserves a raise or a promotion! :)

We were waiting for a very important package to arrive and although the parcel pickup notice we were given indicated we could not pick up until the following day, Laurie was very gracious and checked to see if our package had arrived. It had! Laurie was incredibly kind, helpful and went out of her way for us!
