★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ship Canada Post. Had a package sent via Express, tracked item and was told it had been delivered, but no key left for mailbox. I called, but wasn't able to get any help because I'm not the sender. The supervisor I spoke to said they would call to update me in 2 business days, never did get a call. My brother sent package, he's been trying to deal with them, same thing-- no returned calls. He's trying to speak to someone, on hold for 35 mins.
Now I'm told someone did check the mailbox, didn't contact us, and that the package ISN'T in the box. So they LIED about a delivery and missing key.
If you think this is a company you can do business with, go ahead. Otherwise, there are many other companies to ship with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google won't let me update their hours for whatever reason, but they've extended them for the holidays - M-F 08:00-19:00, Sat 10:00-15:00 - until Dec 22.
Always friendly and helpful, even in this crazy time. Really appreciate the work they do.

Kudos to everyone at this location for a job well done. I must give a special shout out to Ray who always answers my questions knowledgeably and offers sound advice and always with a sense of humour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 31 boxes to send to the usa, got there 20 mins or so before closing and they were very happy to help me they asked me question about my shipment made copies of my mailing address papers really took good care of me
Beyond my expectations.went back again the next day and even got more help and smiles, really needed it? thank you sooo much for your help and good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice people with fast and quick service. i had picked up multiple packages from amazon thought this location and nothing wrong has happened. Once i ordered a 12 inch laptop and the box was HUGE they helped me make a tape handle so i can carry it nicely and easily back home. KUDOS FOR E VERYONE THAT WORKS THERE :)))).
