★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live out of town. I had a parcel to pick up at this location. Before driving in, I wanted to ensure they were open. All day Saturday no one answered the phone despite being open according to the website. Also no outgoing message validating their hours. I called the other two locations in Saskatoon and my call was answered immediately and staff were helpful and friendly. We chose to drive in and see and sure enough, the store was open, not busy and yet somehow they don't have time to answer their phone. If you have a choice, use either of the other two UPS stores-not this one. Service is nonexistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The UPS 420 store in downtown Saskatoon was amazing as I urgently needed to do some photocopies for my documents. They were extremely helpful, swift and courteous yet perfectly calm and composed. Afterwhich, they sorted and stapled my documents. The quality of the photocopies was superb.
I was impressed with the friendly yet professional customer service approach. I highly recommend this store.
