★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been holding onto a few gift cards for a few months now waiting for sanuk to show up on their website. They haven’t so I called to to get an update on supply. Allison was extremely helpful in advising me in current stock and let me they’re waiting on a shipment this afternoon, and I could come in and they would pull the new stock for me. Allison then called back a while later to let me know shipment is delayed and best to come in tomorrow.
Allison didn’t have to call me back and advise of their shipment delays. She didn’t even have to offer to open up brand new shipment before it hit the floor.
I’ll be in tomorrow to check out the new stock!
