They have great prices and selection and they know their gear. I was back again this week and bought these beauties - once again an amazing price and great customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of shoes, but noone approached me to help until I had been in there for 15 minutes, though I noticed other people getting assistance who came in after I did.The lady with a manager badge who assisted me after she came into the store from the back was excellent and assisted me in finding the shoes i needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been getting work safety boots from Traxx for years. Their selection has always been good. Got new shoes today and I wasn't aware of it but they over charged me. Steve called back to tell me their mistake and gave me a refund. If that's not great customer service then I dunno what is. Thanks Traxx. See ya next yr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has something for everyone. The staff is personable and knowledgeable in shoes. I walked in with a need for a great shoe for working on 8hrs/day with proper arch support and a comfortable fit on a wide foot. I was given many options that fit into that category. I selected about 3 styles to try and even though a color was not available and a 2nd one completely sold out, the sales associate found another completely different option to try. Low and behold, It was that shoe I ended up going with. I never regret shopping here, and neither will you!
