★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I love UP. I shop here for cheap work out clothes. I know that this is a self serve store and I don't expect a world class experience when I'm here. However, today I heard an associate exclaiming at a supervisor that "I'm so straight I don't need to know what gay pride is."
I sincerely hope that I've heard this out of context, but teaching staff what is and is not appropriate to say in the workplace (or on your sales floor) is an important lesson that this young lady missed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a cheap good pair of mens jeans look no further! They look fine fit fine feel fine and are priced even finer. Don't have to worry either if you stain or rip just buy another pair. Have had jeans for years from them that are work jeans now but did not rip appart or anything well made mens basic jeans

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idk if it was because I asked about plus sizes or what, but I had a few items I thought might fit and stood by the changing rooms. I stood there for 5 minutes, two employees made eye contact with me, but continued talking to each other, 1 or 2 other customers started to also wait behind me. I decided it wasn't worth it and left my clothes by the changing room, as soon as I was out of the store I looked back and the employees were helping the other customers into changing rooms. I use to work at an UP I know theres a suppose to be a person to look over the rooms and to help people, so they shouldn't have to run around, and it's not like it was busy. But whatever I wont be back here to figure out if theyll help me next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the store but you need to train your workers in customer service. I needed help with a jacket so I went up to this girl and said "excuse me?" she looked at me then completely ignored me, so I said "excuse me can you help me with this jacket?" she didn't reply she just looked really annoyed then walked over to it and said "what size?" very rudely. I didn't buy the jacket because of her. I just left and went and bought a beautiful jacket at Hudson's Bay :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to browse but didn't find anything so we started to leave. They had a bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter which I assumed was for everyone to use (and nowadays, everyone needs to use it!) so I used a tiny bit. Didn't get enough so I went back to get more. After the cashier saw me use it, she curtly says, "I'm sorry, you can't use that!" And promptly moved it out of my reach without looking at me in the face. Very rude. I got what I needed though and didn't give her any more of my time or effort and left.

The sales girls are very rude and over-smart, and seems to be racist as well. Was yelling to me while talking about the product! On top of that, product quality is also very poor, and does not compensate for 'value for money'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has lowest prices and best promotional deals on clothes for both men and women. As the name suggest it has a great mix of urban and sport clothing for relatively cheap prices. If you're young person who is into fashion and summer clothing line I would recommend you stop by and see what they have to offer. Great customer service from sales rep who always ask if you're satisfied or found everything that your looking for okay. To top that off they always off that additional discount at the cash register.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of all 3 Urban Planets in Saskatoon, I'll choose Center Mall's huge store, maybe even Confederation's store before going into this one, it's the smallest and it has next to nothing for males like the other 2 have a massive selection. I've only bought clothing once in this business location. Once the others opened I got no reason to come back here to this small place.
