Terrible customer service from this location . Didn’t receive email confirmation for purchseee or fedex shipment and this store doesn’t reply to their emails or answer their phone they are useless .

The staff that I dealt with was really nice and knowledgeable. The quality of their clothes has never disappointed. I wish we had a bigger store with more items!

I had an incredible experience yesterday and today with the staff of this location. The young lady who helped me yesterday went above and beyond to assist me with exchanging a pair of pants and finding a new pair. She was very understanding, helpful and truly was the epitome of amazing customer service (wish I got her name!!). While I was in the store yesterday I accidentally left my new top from Aritzia, I called back when the store opened today and spoke with Carly, the assistant manager, who went out of her way to not only find the parcel but offer to ship it to me as I do not live in Saskatoon. In addition to that she also offered to pay for the shipping. I am blown away at how kind these two ladies were to me, I cannot say thank you enough. I will definitely be back next time I am in the city! Thank you ladies.

Terrible customer service. They refused to give a price reduction for items I purchased a couple of weeks back. Then when I tried to return the product and repurchase, the manager couldn’t find my purchase under my email. Huh? Just shop online

The employee I asked to help me with an exchange was very rude and unwelcoming. She interrupted me when I was explaining my reason for exchanging (a flaw in the product) and kept repeating that I should have left the tags on. When she finally let me speak, and I explained it was a quality exchange she made me feel even worse that “I should have said that right away.” I’ll stick to shopping online from now on.

Attempted to return a pair of leggings, woman working the register was lovely upon initially greeting. However, the encounter turned nasty quick. The employee accused me incorrectly washing the leggings and working out in them. When her accusations were met with my response she threw the leggings back in my bag and asked me to leave. Shocked I asked if I could speak to the manager. She promptly retrieved the manager, I did not appreciate the managers way of handing the situation. She accused me of bully and harassment, both of which did not occur. I can appreciated Lululemon declining to exchange my item however, I will not tolerate accusations. This is incredibly disrespectful and degrading. Both this manager and the employee’s customer care skills should be under review. I enjoy shopping at Lululemon and do not mind paying a premium for their garments. However, with paying a premium I expect at the very least be treated with an ounce of respect while shopping in there retails store.
