L	Logan Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in and seen 1 worker stocking a shelf, which is good. Other worker was standing around on his cellphone not realizing I needed assistance trying on shoes and when I wanted to pay I had to go find someone to assist with that as well. Lazy teenagers with cellphones will be the downfall of our civilization.

I wonder If they realize basketball players start at 6'2"..... oh well, thankfully I can order my size directly from their suppliers for cheaper anyway. Great business model.
D	Dr Aqua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was second to none as soon as we entered the business, there was a customer service associate that just kind the asked if we needed anything and if we did his name was Devon and he be more than happy to help us just let him know if we need help or to try anything on he would definitely grab it from the back and help us in that way. So needless to say we did our shopping there and spent $149 and some cents thank you so much Devin for helping us why is it that they always put left shoes and not right footage shoes on the wall. Just have to ask that question over no catch you on the flip side
A	Akshay Sharma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered puma shoes online, didn't fit well so went to the saskatoon midtown plaza store to return them in morning. Store was not busy and I was the only customer in the store. I had the receipt that came in the packing but they wanted the one that was in my email so they send me out of the store. It is a 20 km drive for me with my 4 year old son to get a printout. This isn't customer service. If you need a paper copy for your records then why do I have to drive 20km? And I was planning to return the shoes and buy one in store so that way I know it fits but after getting pseudo customer service I decided not to. Customer service of this store sucks big time!!
