I wrangled my best deal with Telus Loyalty Dept (been with them since 1991) over the phone, went to Best Buy in The Center Mall...They offered no gift cards with two renewals so I decided to go straight to the Telus Store. I happened upon the WOW! Mobile Boutique kiosk...THEY GAVE ME $400.00 IN MASTERCARD GIFT CARDS AND BEAT TELUS LOYALTY BY $15.00 PER MONTH...That's $760.00 total over two years (and I got my two Galaxy S7s for free) Josh was and is a rock star! Handled my switching one BC number to a Sask yet sharing data between two provinces with great aplomb. Great job!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service; sales associates lie to pressure customers into a purchase. Sales associate, Aman, said I could come back within my return period and they’d guarantee price changes. Don’t let them fool you with this tactic.
Edit: Although the manager replied to this review, I still have not been contacted by them after two weeks.

Found me a plan that was affordable and sweetened the deal with many free add-ons from the provider. Saved me the activation fee had I done this myself through the provider website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went to this place earlier last week to get myself a screen protector. Good service, the workers seemed friendly. They sold me a screen protector that gives me a warranty for 1 year for unlimited screen protectors and I just had to pay a one time payment of $22.19 after taxes. In my head, I’m like this is such a good deal, I go for it. However I notice I start having issues with my phone after this purchase. If someone called me or vice versa, and I put the phone up to my ear and take it away my screen remains black all through and this continues for days and I start to think maybe it’s a problem with my phone. I called apple support and even had them run a diagnostics and they said my phone was alright so I mentioned this issue to a friend of mine today and he said it’s probably your screen protector and it was most likely obstructing your proximity sensor and I was like you might be right, however I went back to the store to mention this to one of the sales associates and he basically said that the same screen protectors that were giving my phone trouble is all they have and that they have and that he had never heard of such an issue before and there’s nothing he can do to help and I’m out here thinking “this is your job you’re supposed to be able to help my problem not make it worse” I left disappointed knowing I’d never go back there again and my $22.19 just went to waste. I came to the reviews to see reviews about this store and first review I see is ( they lie to sell their product) and now I’m even more disappointed.

You walk up to the store being confused and a little anxious, you walk away from the store with a smile in your face and with the ultimate satisfaction of saving money and getting the best phone out there! WOW - you got that right!
