★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and was put on hold and the sales person proceeded to help 3 customers and walk around the store with me still on the phone making jokes with other customers who weren't even buying anything. Apparently must've forgotten he had a person waiting. Tried hanging up and calling back but the line was busy. I'm probably still on hold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was ignored by two guys behind the counter having a personal conversation. When they finally decided to grace me with their attention they were absolutely appalled that I asked if they had any PS5 stock. Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the clerk's was very rude towards my family and I (long brown hair) didn't catch his name. Wouldn't allow us in the store said only 6 people allowed and there were only 3 customers in the store(non first nations people). We said ok we will wait that's fine. They left and and as we entered the store we were grabbing things to purchase talking to other clerk there were 4 of us. There was a line of non first nations people in line outside the store and the door man allowed them inside. When I confronted the clerk and asked why he made us wait outside he said "were only allowing groups in" I told him "that doesn't make sense they're not with us" . I asked him is this a race thing ? and he walked away.. come on eb games these are the people you hire. I use to love your store but if this is the way you treat your first nations customers no thank you. I don't want it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here just to buy a controller for my console and the customer service is really good it really wasn't a in and out buy they filled me in on information about my purchase easy to understand easy to talk to if you have questions about gaming as for the store the layout is a bit tight though they monitor the people coming in and out and games so many games if they dont have it ask and they'll help you as best they can.well recommend this store ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a spending issue DONT SHOP HERE. I nearly cried when i saw all the cool and cute things inside. I will definitely be back here. Theres also a good looking short king working there. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ive been a gamer since the first NES came out with Super Mario bros and Duck Hunt, and this is prob the best service and selection i have ever witnessed in a gamer store in Saskatchewan, the addition of high quality toys has made this my go to for great toys, games, consoles, controllers and more. very helpful and engaging staff, knowledgeable about their products and you can tell they love their jobs and it shows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome Place with cool selection. It is small, and really nothing for PC gamers. Just console. Wish they were PC friendly and larger space. Staff are always happy, friendly and knowledgable! It's worth being visited. It is getting stale though so I hope the company puts some more energy into it!
