★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst TRU in Canada, never have the hot items in stock, even they do, they are hiding them for you to purchase. If you ask them if the item is in stock, they always tell you no. You always have to spend time to go in person and buy the item before it is sold to local comic store in cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal service. Electronics staff clearly did not want to be there larger gentleman with long brown hair and black glasses was incredibly unhelpful. Website stated item was in stock refused to check anywhere or confirm with someone item was not actually in stock. Not sure why he is in a sales position if he hates dealing with people. Was in your store at 9AM 2021-12-12.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store. Usually busy. Nothing else like it around. Luckily this is a Canadian store as the American side is going bankrupt. There are a lot of things here but I can foresee this chain in Canada hurting too.
After looking at some items, many the staff said were not in stock but they could order for us. Fine, but the store needs to realize, I can also just order it too. And it will get shipped right to my door, often with free shipping. No downtown driving, downtown parking and lines to wait in. If this chain does not start adapting to the modern society soon it also will close.
On saying that, they have a lot of most things in stock. Free parking with a purchase, no free parking when you get told they can order it in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store to get awesome toys for kids of any age. They do have tons of other stuff other than toys that you can get there like crib, strollers, gates, clothes, just to name a few. They have toys from cartoon shows like paw patrol, ryan world, beyblade, pj mask and many more. The store was clean, employees were friendly and got what o was looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. I like Toys R Us, but my experience at this store December 30th was the most disappointed I've ever been. Aside from the lack of toys, which I can understand from holidays and spent delays, half the items had no prices. There was absolutely no reason for the utter disarray of the store with so many empty shelves. An item clearly marked at 5.99 as licensed ball rang in at 10 at the till. When I questioned it, the cashier who couldn't care less, had to be prompted to check the price. He left and half a second was back and said the item was on the wrong shelf and the till was correct. There is no way he got across the store and checked the price in that amount of time. I told him I didn't want it at that price and he was more happy to take it off the bill and throw it into what I am guessing was a return bin then he had been the entire transaction. I was more than disappointed. I asked for my parking pass to be validated. He took it and handed it back half a second later. When I paid, there was absolutely no time taken off or discount applied to the ticket. At that point its to late to go back as I was in the exit and onto the street. I will think twice before returning to this location.
