When I went to pick up the new ipad, Damon was ever so helpful with setting it up and checking to ensure my email worked. It truly was a great experience from the very first. Thank you to the staff at The Source in Confederation Mall in Saskatoon!!!! Much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in search of good service and walked into the source irritated from sasktel booth experience. Ashish helped me get the phone if my choice and offered a great deal. He even helped me to transfer my stuff to the new phone.
I would highly recommend this store and would be back for all my future tech needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the end of the day, I called in to see if they had any Xbox's available. I was told they did not have any. For future reference, I asked if they could hold items for customers. I was told by staff that they will not under any circumstances put items on hold, and that it was a first come first serve basis.
Checked their online inventory first thing in the morning and it showed they had one in stock. Called immediately and was told they had one in stock (which they would have had the day before) but it was on hold for a customer.
I am a little confused, do you hold items or do you not? There seems to be a big disconnect there and in my opinion, as a consumer I feel a bit misled.
Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into this store to buy some prepaid minutes. The friendly fellow who helped me offered me virgin postpaid while keeping same number. Not only did he get me a new shiny phone but also set it up in a way that I would pay less than what I was paying before.
Ashish and washis team was amazing throughout. Very happy with the service I received. Would recommend them to everyone reading this.
