Step One – Place your order

- Be specific! Indicate brand, size, type, and preference as much as possible.
Step Two – We will contact you by phone
- We will contact you by phone once we have completed your shop.
- This contact will ensure your order is correct and will notify you of absent items.
- At this time we can only take payment over the phone by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
- Any concerns or updated requests can also be made or verified at this time.
Step Three – Curbside Pickup
- Pickups available Monday – Saturday
- We cannot promise same day pick up – we will call when order is ready.
- Pickups: Guest arrives curb side and calls the store phone number and we will bring the pet supplies out to the car.
