★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will not respect your consumer rights: no exchanges or refunds on sale items yet, the sell products made of Very Very Poor Quality, cheap metal and breakable metal and plastics, none which serve its purpose only to look pretty, in pretty packaging yet disappointing consumers, the staff are poorly trained to handle disputes. I had to just give them my merchandise back, to save arguing, and never getting my money back on goods/accessories that doesn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be great, honestly. Was once an awesome place for decent quality gym clothes at an amazing price. Lately, everything is see through. The last sports bra I bought was so transparent you can see the nude foam inserts in it from across a room. And the shorts are so thin they're barely legal.
Trash quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in your store at confed today wanting to buy a few items. Not one of your workers said hi or were willing to help me, I wasn't even treated as a person totally ignored. Not going back, it maybe my age. Too old to be in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday July 8, 2021 around 6:40 I went to shop some pj sets, when I was ready to pay the two ladies at the cashier noticed that one of my set had a different size the bottom was Large and the top was Medium so she ran to get me the same size shirt as the bottom. They were getting ready to close the store as they close at 7 pm and the two ladies were in a rush. When I get home I noticed the top that the ladies change was a different style as the bottom so they didn’t match. I came back today July 9, 2021 around 5:47 pm to do a change I wanted the shirt that matched the bottom I talked with the two managers there and both of them told me they could not do anything for me. I explained to them the situation and how it happened and the only thing they could tell me was, “I was not here yesterday so I don’t know what happened, I cannot do anything for you”.
I wasn’t asking for money or something difficult I only wanted my top to match my bottom and that was it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is great. However the mens clothing quality leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve returned and repurchased the same pants twice now for different issues and the stitching is very poor on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had one of those 50% off deal. Browsed arround and purchase a few items. They had some cool ladies items but limited men items that I was looking for compared to what's posted on the site. I did end buy some clothing items and two pop-it key chains for my boys. I should have check everything was in the bag before I left while in the store but I trusted the cashier. When I got home and checked the bag, the clothes and receipts were in the bag minus the Keychain. On the receipt there was the charge for the keychains. A lil disappointed as she handed me the bag and asked to put the receipt in the bag.
