It is our desire at Petland to make a difference in the communities we serve. For more than 40 years, Petland has been the retail pet industry leader in the area of animal care with ongoing staff training programs, in-store animal care systems and community service programs aimed at placing homeless pets and curbing pet overpopulation in the community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. While taking to the fish lady we were interrupted. She left me and served the other people. I was definitely next in queue but was shunned. Walked out and won't be back.

I'll stick with Petland from now on, they have better customer service and their stuff is well stocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great selection of animal items at pretty fair prices. The staff seem quite friendly, and they have lots of animals to view and purchase. I enjoy stopping in here but the smell can be overwhelming for us. They need better ventilation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fish Manager told me fin rot isn't contagious... it is. This wasn't the only incorrect advice she gave. The store has good product and pets, but not in the fish section. Do the research yourself they pretend to know and just want your money.
