Spent close to $6K on a mattress, bed frame and couch. We went into the store, and dealt with Diane. She sold us on a new bed frame that wouldn't require a box spring. We paid for delivery, and when we set it up realized we were sold on the wrong bed frame, and we would need a box spring to make it work. After contacting Diane - she responded we would need to buy a box spring. I emailed her again and asked her to switch out the frame with one that would work since this was an issue with her selling us the wrong product. Never heard back from her again after several attempts. Also, delivery was about 2 weeks longer than they initially told us it would be. The purchase was for a cabin - so it was difficult to return/exchange the items, and they never attempted to resolve the issue.

Buy from them knowing there will be no service after sale. We bought a bed, sales process was great, very nice helpful sales person but once delivered the slats were half cracked, and a light didn’t work, long story short I spent over a year calling Ashley and they would schedule a service call for 6 month later and after 6 month someone would come over and do nothing, we finally got the slats replaced (after a year) but now our bed makes this squeaking noise, basically made it worse. The light never got fixed, I was so sick of dealing with them, gave up and said we are done and don’t need the light fixed. Not worth the headache.

Typical high-pressure sales environment. I went in to check out something I had seen online on sale. With the help of a salesperson, I found one on display for the *regular* price. It took a ridiculously long time to confirm that the item was actually being sold online for significantly less. At first, I was told that the local product was hundreds more because it included the mandatory product protection package, or whatever they call it. After some negotiation, it sounded like they would honour the advertised price, but they made it seem like they were doing me a favour for some reason. One of the 3 salespeople involved actually INSISTED that the price online was clearly a mistake, and that she would certainly be informing HQ of the error so they could correct it. Whatever. I didn't care too much as long as they gave me the advertised price. When I asked about delivery, they refused to match the online offer of free delivery. When they said the best they could do was $100 for in-home delivery (which I didn't need) I walked out and ordered the same product online, *for the advertised price, with free delivery*. TL;DR - Just buy online.

Picked out a beautiful sectional about 2 weeks ago, the salesman Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to chosing the right piece for my condo. He was able to get me a great deal and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend the store and Jay to any friends who are looking to spice up their home! As a bonus the couch also arrived a week before expected! Couldn't be happier

Do not waste your time here. I bought a bed from them about a year ago and the experience was decent when dealing with Shauna. Although everyone else I’ve dealt with from there so far has not been helpful at all and seem to only care about the sale and not about the customer at all. Their delivery crew did not even attempt taking the packaging off my item in order to make it fit up the stairs (which they are allowed to do) and now they are trying to charge me hundreds of dollars for cancelling an order?? I wouldn’t be cancelling my order if the delivery crew would’ve just accomplished their task. Ever since I told them I was cancelling that order I’ve just been ignored by everyone there... what horrible customer service!! I even offered to buy a different product, just at a lesser price. I can’t believe businesses still treat customers like this. I work in the customer service industry and I’d never treat a customer like this.

Walking into the store today felt so cozy. It felt like I was at the right place the moment I walked in. They have got really quality, amazing furniture with great designs. I would like to talk about Nick. In my entire life, I have never gotten such great customer service. Nick took his time to make me comfortable, he took his time to show me around and work with my budget. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. I would definitely be visiting again. Thank you once again Nick Dent.

I went to purchase a sectional couch. I went in knowing what I wanted to look at. I left the store an hour later with no couch and very frustrated from my experience. I went back another day because I really wanted this sectional and decided not to let my experience with the first salesman ruin it for me. I was happy with the salesman who assisted me today. He answered my questions, was informative, and didn't try to push anything after I said no. He is the reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1. Rating may go up based on my experience when my couch comes in. Good: -good sale prices -deals (no interest for x amount of time) -lots of variety on floor to look at before ordering -clean store, felt welcoming Bad Experience: 1st salesman purposely mislead me and wouldn't answer my questions straight forward. He tried rushing me to give him my info when I was trying to read the fine-print... By reading it I found out what he had told me wasn't accurate. He also told me the sale price was only for 1 day. I didn't have all the ID required to purchase it that day. He wanted me to pay with my debit card in order to "hold the sale price", then go back the next day with my ID to put it on finance. I didn't feel comfortable with this & didn't trust him by this point so I went on their website using my cell phone and looked at the sale myself... I found out the sale was still on for another week.

I bought two sofa online site after paying the full amount I received this product after 3 months both sofa was demag since October I called the customer service ten times I went to the store four times and they told me store and customer service department is totally different so you have to deal by yourself to the customer service department last Monday I went to store again and spend three hour on the phone still there is no response from them so please be careful buying any kind of furniture from the store or online. There is no negative rating other wise I give them negative rating.
