★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and helpful staff! They ordered products in for me, accommodating me on my wish to not purchase the one on the floor that was on display, with no questions asked. The ladies who were working were so kind, I felt so welcome even though it was just about to close. Also, this location is HUGE - much bigger than any I have been to in Edmonton. They also had amazing post-Christmas sales!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good experience and the sales professionals were very nice. I am having a problem with deciding which cushions to keep. I chose to pair the black and white houndstooth cushion with the port cushion for my couch, but it was difficult to match a cushion on my loveseat--the houndstooth black and white has a brown leather piece on it which neither goes with the port or the caramel accent pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a new home and am in the process of decorating. Went into this location and found some pieces that I thought would work. Turns out not all fit in as I hoped and I decided to return two of four items purchased.
When I walked in with my bag to return, I was met with scowls from the multiple employees present. I was made to wait a very long time and it was quite apparent that they did not appreciate me returning items. Definitely left me with a 'less than' feeling and I, along with my two girlfriends who were shopping with me, will not be returning to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not comfortable with home decorating, but had such a positive experience with the staff at Urban Barn Saskatoon, that I'm feeling a little more empowered. I left the store with a huge weight off my shoulders. I found what I needed to start and with the confidence that its the right choice. And I was happy with the prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Furniture store is a great place to find some unique and modern furniture. We've purchased many pieces of furniture over the years, chairs, bed frames, dressers, and a couch. Most of which are built in Canada. A lot of furniture is customizable with many fabric options to choose from. I've always loved the knick knack items they sell as well. Very cute and chic. I've never been disappointed with anything I've every bought here. The building space is very open and not crowded, the artwork on the walls is all for sale and will help you curate a very tasteful energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys are absolutely TERRIBLE! I spent thousands THOUSANDS of dollars in furniture and was promised that my dresser would be here in January. Now they call me to say that it is going to be a "little" late arriving in LATE march! Honor your words and deliver your furniture. I will NEVER be buying from this store again. Just add more stress to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and quick service without standing over you. Great selection and decent price ranges. I felt welcomed to be there and was greeted very quickly (compared to not being helped at all with some competitors). We will go to Urban Barn for our furniture shopping in the future.
