★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom purchased a new vehicle from here and is having major engine issues. She also purchased the extended warranty. They have lied to her, ignored her and done everything possible to weasel out of repairing the vehicle. The amount of disrespect they have shown to a 66 year old retired nurse is absolutely disgusting. I do not ever leave google reviews, however they have earned this because this place has zero integrity. On the most recent work order they diagnosed the issue as cam shaft position and advanced timing on the timing chain. To repair this they did an engine flush. Either their mechanics are not qualified to repair this vehicle or they simply chose to send her away with a vehicle that was at risk of breaking down in the middle of December. Furthermore, the “emergency road side assistance” That they offer. Don’t bother with that they wasted her time for two weeks and never towed it. We used CAA to have it towed.
BUYER BEWARE! These clowns are all smiles when your their to spend money! But you’d better hope you don’t run into troubles with your vehicle!

He was very professional, efficient and kept communication flowing to let me know what was going on with my repairs. Today I had booked a few recalls with Hyundai South Service, and I must say absolutely the best service, from the moment I entered.
I was shuttled home, Simon called to say it required a wheel alignment, and yes it did. I was shuttled back to Dealership to collect my Tucson.
I am so happy it feels new again.
Thanks again I really appreciate the work and friendly customer service I received.

This was my first experience buying a vehicle and the staff made it easy to understand and straight forward! Derek and Marc were the salesman and finance manager I dealt with. They were both really amazing and super helpful. Derek put me in a 2021 Hyundai Tucson and it was exactly what I wanted, having all the features and perks that I needed. It helps that he got me a great deal on a car that was practically new (only 3km on purchase). Marc made the finances of the vehicle very simple to understand and took his time explain what everything meant for me. They both made me feel at ease and thrilled about the whole experience. I would in a heart recommend the both of them to any friends, family or coworkers who are looking to upgrade to a new vehicle.

Raine went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get the model and colour I desired regardless of them not having it in stock. She even kept me updated as other colours arrived in their stock in case I would be interested. She listened and understood my needs making it a smooth transition from me trading in my old vehicle to getting behind the wheel of a reasonably priced Hyundai Venue. Whilst I was waiting for my new vehicle to arrive, she kept me posted on the vehicle's whereabouts so I was able to have peace of mind. The vehicle surpassed my expectations as well as Raine's exemplary customer service.
