Aiden from parts department was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful each time I called in with questions today. He was very accommodating and friendly. Kaid Kralkay from Infiniti replied to my email inquiry very promptly and attended to my vehicular needs better than any other salesman I've worked with. I met with him and he was truly interested in my needs from a vehicle and was informative, calm and most importantly not pushy and hurrying me into a vehicle sale that wasn't right for me. After many hours with me and many questions and concerns answered I decided on leasing a 2021 QX50 and it is the perfect vehicle for me, I love it! Kaid Kralkay was there for me throughout the whole process of leasing and until the end when the keys were in my hands and I was driving away. I highly recommend working with Kaid Kralkay and all the positives he has to offer as an Infiniti sales and lease consultant.

We originally planned to go with a different make of car however, after working with Sean Kirk we realized why we stick with infinity. Sean our salesman went above and beyond to respect our social distancing requests. He was very accommodating with all our requests and went far beyond our wishes. He drove our car to Prince Albert from Saskatoon and wore his mask the whole time, wore plastic gloves and sterilized the car with the windows down before we took ownership. We know he wore the mask because we seen him in town test driving our trade in with his mask on the whole time! Talk about trust! Sean worked after hours to bring our car to us with no complaints knowing that we hadn’t even test driven it yet and could have refused the car the whole time. He had everything prepared after our test drive for us to take ownership. When buying a car we always feel pressure to purchase and with Sean he pointed out the positives and respected all our requests and made us feel comfortable in his presence which in return ensured we are a returning customer. Infinity you are very lucky to have Sean on your team as he is a valuable employee who will keep your customers happy and returning time and again. Thanks for the experience, Greg and Kristen

We purchased our new vehicle through sales consultant Kaid Kralkay. He was the key reason we purchased here. He was pleasant, very well informed on all types of vehicles, and worked very hard for us. He also knew when to step back and allow us time. He personally saw to the add-ons and always followed up any questions we had. We strongly recommend him.

I recently upgraded my Pathfinder to a used QX80 at Saskatoon Infinity / Oakwood Nissan. I try hard to look after my vehicles, so I am particular about details when I am purchasing my next vehicle. Kaid Kralkay was my sales person, and he did a fantastic job patiently assisting me to work with the pre-purchase and after purchase details. Kaid followed through on every item and detail that he committed to address, even putting in some of his own elbow grease along the way to make sure everything was looked after. When my battery unexpectedly failed in my garage shortly after purchase and I could not boost my vehicle, Kaid personally and very quickly delivered a new OEM battery to my home and even assisted me to replace the battery. In doing so, Kaid really made a huge difference and kept me on schedule. If details are important to you and you need someone to count on to see them through, go see Kaid and give him an opportunity to help you out. The entire sales management team, business office, and service department all did a fantastic job to ensure the sales process was properly handled. All in, a very very good purchase experience.

I want to say how grateful I am to Rob Bowie, and his team at Infiniti. They went above and beyond for me. Rob took my call on his cell phone, on Sunday, when i hit a pot hole in my Q60S red sport (love it by the way), and my tire blew out and no tire shops were open. Not only did I need the tire replaced, but the frame was also damaged and needed repair...a two day job. However, I had to drive to Regina to catch a flight, and needed to be on the road the following day. Rob assured me that one way or another he and his team would have my car on the road or even physically drive me to make my flight! He brought my anxiety level down from a 10 to a 4. True to his word, and with some ingenuity, he and his team were able to get me into my car and I was able to get driving catch my phlane. What amazing service. Thank thank you team Infiniti
