★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service personnel are excellent but far as maintenance or mechanics not impressed at all. Talked to Bryce and problem wasn't resolved. Bryce had no idea how he could resolve problem. All it would have taken was an apology and yes oil on the inside of your car isn't acceptable and we're sorry. But that never happened.

Update : I travel a lot for work and had a slight issue I noticed after servicing while I was in Alberta. I contacted Benz Saskatoon about the issue and they covered the cost of the service at another Benz dealership in Edmonton. Very happy with their service and staff.
I spoke with Zane, he was very informative and upfront with the whole ordeal with a no bs approach. Would recommend going to him for your needs.
10/10 will be coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give one star because no star is not an option. I Travelled from Winnipeg to Saskatoon in the middle of a snowstorm. About 70 km before Saskatoon my wife’s Mercedes GLC 2018 still on warranty, was lagging power. I managed to get to Saskatoon. I contacted Mercedes dealer in Saskatoon. I was wondering if they can look into the car because I had to travel back to Winnipeg on Sunday night. It was on on Friday late afternoon around 2 o’clock when I contacted the dealer and I was told that they don’t have a mechanic that will be able look after my car and dealer is closed next day. I was told that I can bring the car to the dealer but my car won’t be probably looked after as they have 17 cars in service . The offers to bring car on Monday. I am extremely disappointed with service. Thanks to Google and post on internet that suggested to wait for 20 minutes as problem is with air intake. If this is so common problem why service mechanic would not talk to me on the phone and reassure me that car is ok just Snow needs to melt on air intake

Zane Pankiw at the Service Department went above and beyond to get our vehicles looked at and taken care of immediately . We can’t thank Zane and Mercedes employees enough for the care they gave us . Excellent customer care, they have earned our trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had an amazing experience with Mercedes Saskatoon, particularly with Zane from the service department. We are actually from Regina, and drove up to Saskatoon for the day when we ran into an unexpected issue with our vehicle once we arrived into the city. Zane went above and beyond to accommodate us and get our vehicle looked at promptly, even though we showed up completely unexpected. He was even gracious enough to lend us a vehicle so that we could still get our errands and appointments in the city completed, while they assessed the issue for us. Once the problem was resolved, Zane took the time to fully explain to us what had happened and make sure we would be safe to get back on the road home to Regina. I really can't express how much we appreciated the service we received, and would 100% recommend the Saskatoon service department to anyone else! Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must tell that I am quite disappointed that Mercedes Saskatoon stopped shuttle services for clients who booked cars for service citing covid precautions..It's not the level of courtesy expected from high end car dealer.Mercedes at Calgary still offers courtesy cars as well as shuttle services during covid times. I booked my service tomorrow and have to find a taxi back to work.I am a high end customer for several years and never experienced this before. poor customer care indeed.
