Our story began in the 1980s with the original vehicle collision and repair facility location at Jubilee Ford.

Alloy Collision Centre opened in 2017 and became the largest vehicle collision and repair facility in Saskatchewan servicing all makes and models.  Alloy Collision Centre is an exclusive aluminum alloy certified repair facility for Porsche, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Ford & Mercedes-Benz, serving Saskatoon and area. The Alloy Collision Centre facility features a two-lane indoor heated drive-through, advanced equipment, leading edge training and aluminum/high strength steel and paint systems –  making Alloy your trusted one stop location for collision and auto body repairs.

Alloy Collision Centre recently opened the Detail Centre which is located directly next door.  The Detail Centre is a complete auto detailing service.  At Alloy Detail we provide a line of interior & exterior auto detailing services that will make your vehicle look as impressive as the first day you bought it.  Our auto detailing technicians will remove the toughest dirt and stains – even some of those funky smells – right out of your car, truck or suv.

At first It was a awesome place to go. There work is A1. I have never had a issue with the quality I have had good luck there. But my Daughter not so much. In the last 6 months her car was rear ended 2 times and vandalized 1 time. I know that this whole Covid thing is messing everyone up. Causing long delays in Alloy and every other service related business. That is out of everyone's control. What does bother me and my daughter is they do not keep us their customers updated on the progress. We have to call 1 or 2 times a week just to get updates. Sometimes she gets a call back but most times they do call her back. My daughter has owned this car just short of 1 years but it has spent 4 - 5 months out of that year in the collision shop. Again Covid is causing long delays in Alloy getting the parts they need. This is out of their control and I do not blame them one bit. I just want to be clear that we are not upset with them about the wait times or the quality of their work. They do really good work there.

Quick and good service soothed my anxiety, and the rearview mirror was quickly fixed! Although it is a small case, it is also treated seriously!

This was the first time I used Alloy they came highly recommended, had to have a fender replaced on my brand new truck, wasn't Goin through insurance, dropped it off, they got it done in a timely manner as I need the truck for work, got it back spotless with a full detail, very happy with the customer service I received from here! They've got my return business! Thanks again Alloy!

It was a very bad experience! I just wanted to replace a bumper. At first, I called to make an appointment on January 26 and told me that I could go on February 26. When I went, I was told that it could be finished in four days. Four days later he told me it wasn't finished. I waited another three days to get the bumper back and it was ok, but the back door was scratched. I went to the manager and he told me to fix it. After a week, I broke the appointment again and again. After a few days, I asked again and again and said that I could take it, but I found that the recovery was just a perfunctory. The manager said he would fix it for me, and after another week, barely repaired it, a whole month had passed, and the sticker on the car door still had a lot of bubbles on it. I would say they were very unprofessional and just skimmed the customer.

No proper answers to my questions. Didn't clean my car outside or inside after keeping it for 23 days. Lost one of my rim covers. No finishing. One of the tire valve was torn, front bumper was sticking out. Had to sit there for 1 and a half hour for them to finish up. Tire screw key was not in proper place. This was all after they had called me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Completely unprofessional.

Great people to talk to you over the phone, they help with great time management on the phone and provide you up-to-date information as much as possible when it comes to any repair job. However they have no control on whether or not they will receive your parts in a timely manner due to the fact that there has been shipment delays it’s not their fault they are a great team don’t fault them for equipment delay.
