Thank you Parr Autobody for referring me to Kavia, a Tesla approved autobody shop to work on my Tesla Model S. Great service and spot on color match for my aftermarket bumper. Thank you for the great work guys. If any pre-facelift Model S owners want their cars front fascia updated. Kavia can paint and install the unplugged performance facelift bumpers.

Just got my car back from Kavia and wow. They did a great job fixing my car after someone backed into it about a month ago. They even buffed out some scratches and did a full interior clean and everything for no charge. I would recommend them to anyone needing to get their car fixed. 10/10 job guys. I am extremely disgruntled by my experience at CSN - Kavia Auto Body. I will not recommend this business to my friends or family, and will caution you to stay away. I had a flat tire on my brand new vehicle which was in pristine condition. I took it to Kavia on a trustworthy recommendation. I was informed later the car would be ready by the 26 morning, 2 weeks from delivery date. It seemed a long time for a tire fix, but I was assured it would be inspected and taken care to the highest of standards. On the 25, I contacted Kavia inquiring when it would be ready next day. I was assured by the receptionist they would contact me about the status next morning. I did not hear back from them that morning. So I followed up at around noon, and to my surprise the car had yet to be fixed and was sitting idle at the body shop. I was promised again it would be done shortly, and the receptionist would track it's progress calling me when it's ready for pick up by the day's end. I did not hear back from the same lady yet again. I contacted Kavia 5 min prior to close wondering about the status. I was informed the car was fixed. I questioned why I was not informed as earlier indicated. The excuse I received was they 'forgot' towards the day's end as they were busy. Also, my car was not yet ready for pickup; it still had to be cleaned and detailed with further inspections. I was promised me they will look after it and have it ready next day. This experience was extremely disappointing as I had planned my entire day around getting back my vehicle in a certain time frame based on the promises which were never fulfilled - I was forced to catch cabs to my destinations all day as a result. The icing on the cake of the terrible service I received is attached in the pictures. These pictures are a result of their promise to keep the vehicle overnight for cleaning and detailing. I cannot put into words how infuriating it was to receive my brand new vehicle in a disgusting, dirty & distasteful condition. As can be witnessed in the images, there were spotty, dirt marks all throughout the body including side view mirrors. There were also substantially visible white stains on the paint. The rear view mirror was unbearably greasy. The side window deflectors were uncharacteristically scratched which was disconcerting. The interior was dustier than before and was not heeded to. Based on what I had witnessed, I doubt if they did anymore work on my vehicle by keeping it overnight, and conveniently shooed me away the evening before close. I contacted Kavia on the 27 addressing the dissatisfaction with their service. I spoke to the service manager, Dave who wanted proof via sending pics over email. He took side of his detail team saying they never get such complaints and the vehicle was cleaned. Dave, now that you have seen the pictures, I hope you find them reasonable enough for your conviction. Another thing that irked me was Dave and the reception lady's constant denial 'it was not a problem' and that 'they can clean it for me if I leave it there (again), or have someone pick up the vehicle'. The issue that was not being driven home to them is I did not want to deal with giving my car away yet again when they had it for 2 weeks, plus an overnight for exclusively detailing purposes. I could not be without a vehicle at any point mid-week anymore. Besides, speaking to the service manager was not reassuring so I took my car to Auto Salon Car Detail where they did an excellent job. I still never heard back from them after having addressed my concern until now; there is no accountability at Kavia Auto Body once the vehicle in delivered to the customer. The receptionists were overly enthusiastic; when it came to deliver, false promises were made. I received my vehicle in a drastically murkier condition than before. Moreover, there was a lack of ownership from the service manager where it did not seem the customer's word was sufficient enough. CSN - Kavia Auto Body might have good reputation, but from my experience do not believe the hype.

I came here when my car was side swiped and they were extremely helpful getting me through the sgi process. Hooking me up with a rental for the day while they repaired the damage. When my Fiance was hit they were just as helpful and went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Really nice people! We went in for a windshield replacement and ended up with our car detailed as well!! I was not looking forward to doing it this weekend and they saved me the job. Thank you!!

Highly recommended! If you ever have the unfortunate experience of getting your vehicle banged up, this is the place to take it. • amazing customer service, • 1st, you get an appointment to put you in the system and do an initial estimation and how long it might take. Then, they book your rental ( same type of vehicle you have). • 2nd, you drop your vehicle on the date that is most convenient for you and agreed upon. • They will keep you updated a few times during the repairs and firm up a date they expect your vehicle to be done. • Did I mention their amazing customer service!? • When you take delivery of your vehicle, it will have been detailed, inside and out, and will look like new. Very professional experience throughout. Thank you Kavia Auto Body for going above expectations.

First experience and it was a great one! Super communication, the technician got my vehicle done in one day to accommodate weekend travels. The car came back cleaned both inside and outside. Will be back next time we need our vehicles serviced.

I recently had my car in the Kavia shop and am extremely satisfied with the service I got! They kept me in the loop with ETA’s and gave it back to me clean as brand new and drove it home for me for no extra charge because I was out of town, I am very impressed with the experience I had! If you’re trying to decide whether or not to go with Kavia, do it for sure!
