Terrible experience, Bought a used 2017 ram 1500 and have had nothing but problems, brought it in to get looked at under warranty and they said they don't know what's wrong and can't do anything. Brought it back after the problem continued and they said warranty is up and cant do anything unless I pay. Absolute SCAM now that I have to pay for the stuff to get done they are more then willing to do it but under warranty they did nothing. Service manager was also very rude about everything. Calling themselves a "Certified" dealership is laughable, all problems I'm having all happened within the first couple days of buying the vehicle and should not be happening it this so called "certified" dealership properly did their checks. They don't properly do the inspections on the used vehicles for them to be resold, causing them to have problems. When I crawled under the vehicle I found old sludge oil all over everything and a transmission leak coming from the rear seal, later to find out that the engine oil cooler was leaking, that should have been replaced when they did their inspection but I guess not. What led me to that was seeing all of the oil sludge that most likely the previous owner found the leak and decided to sell the vehicle before it got bad. So if I found it how did they not? They also did not detail the vehicle when I bought it, the truck bed had garbage from the previous owner and layers of dirt on the bed liner. The cab had fingerprints and sludge all over the windows and walls and I took the truck back to get detailed and told them exactly what to do and it still didn't get done, when I picked it up I went straight to the car wash to do it myself. Absolute joke of a dealership especially how they treat their customers. so to be resold as a "certified" vehicle those problems would be taken care of, you would think, well that didn't happen. All problems I have had should have been repaired before the vehicle was able to be sold and was not. I strongly suggest staying away from this place, they only care about selling the vehicles and only want your money. Terrible experience, definitely do not recommend talking with the service manager, he is very rude to customers.

We had an unexpected right off of our vehicle and Casey was my first call. You want honest (I know there is no such thing as an honest salesman), Casey is as honest as they get. He will do his best to get you want you want within your budget. He is a great person to deal with. Thanks again Casey.

Where do I start about SMP!! All it took was one phone call and the rest is history!! Amar, Isaiah & Logan were phenomenal to deal with! The communication was great! The service was outstanding and smooth. I had all my questions answered immediately. I got into SMP around 2pm and was taken care of with multiple vehicles to test drive and I was gone by 630pm on the same day with the vehicle of my dreams detailed to perfection! I never had a vehicle loan before and they made it a breeze to get into exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back when I need an upgrade ?

Great people to deal with and awesome service. Made the purchase of my new vehicle effortless. Had a small hiccup with getting a permit as I bought the vehicle from out of province… Jami and Angela were more help then my own insurance provider. They were determined to get to the bottom of the issue. They solved it, ended up finding a permit for me locally and I was on my way. If you need a new vehicle, Angela is who you want to see. You all were amazing to deal with, thanks again!!

To be honest I wasn't sure what to expect. I was so nervous walking through those doors. Casey walked up to us introduced himself, and the rest I'd say is history. Casey took that fear of purchasing a vehicle away. Told him what were looking for in a vehicle, and of course price range. Casey narrowed it down for us which took a lot of pressure of me. Great guy knows his stuff. Made us feel at ease, special I guess you can say. Of course we talked financing where Samantha came in. Samantha I also found was all- round great person with a certain glow? She helped me chose payment plane that worked for me. Both Casey, and Samantha made our day, proud to of met these people. We recently launched in Winnipeg, MB and needed to add another vehicle to keep up with the demand. We were looking for something specific, and because our initial plan of going through a dealership in Winnipeg didn't work out, we sought out the next best option which led us to SMP. We quickly did a Canada-wide search and the vehicle at SMP checked all the boxes so we had to make it happen. We made contact with Dave Kazell who was quick to get us all the info on our vehicle of choice. The next day we drove straight to SMP to check out the vehicle and we were welcomed with great hospitality. We were offered drinks and snacks which was nice considering we just drove 8hrs to get there. Although we were very tired, we went for a test-drive and everything went well other than some minor tune-ups that needed to get done which they were more than happy to do. We then met with Angela, one of the finance managers, who helped us finalize all the paperwork. Because it was late in the day, we still had a couple things to get done before leaving so we ended up having to stay the night. Thankfully, the dealership paid for our hotel which made a world of difference. Although we had to wait much longer than expected, it was well worth the wait. I’d like to express a very hearty thank you from the bottom of my heart to Randy & Riun for providing such a seamless and hassle free sales experience at SMP on the recent purchase of my Corvette. Both gentleman went above and beyond their call of duty in order to get a deal done. Being in Calgary, I had called to make a general inquiry on the vehicle. Randy was able to get a deal done in less than 15 mins over the phone at exactly what I wanted. Riun was able to wrap up the process within an hour and have the vehicle to my door in Calgary within a few days in time for the beautiful weather! The added bonuses with the vehicle purchase were just the cherry on top. There are very few dealerships that provide such a stellar experience on a good day let alone in this crazy car market.
