I needed an oil change,but they also inspected my car and told me what I needed done and what was the most important and what could wait. They took pictures and explained everything. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a car from these guys in mid-March 2022. I drop buy 2 weeks before buying my car to check another vehicle that was sold before I arrived. I left my phone number to Joseph in case he got a car with the characteristics I wanted. I though he had forgotten about me, but as soon as he had a car for me, he reached out. He knew the type of car I was looking for (limited budget and low millage) was a rare find, so he called to make sure I saw it before posting it online. Joseph was very honest about the car, very helpful answering all my questions and we finalized the sale soon after. A week after getting the car, the engine light turned on. I took the car back to PWA and they checked it. The ended up changing a dirty part in the engine which did not affect its function but affected the vehicle’s emissions. It was all for free, as this problem was part of the 30-day guarantee for engine related problems they offer when buying a car with them. I was happy I got my vehicle with them, as I didn’t have to argue my way to make my guarantee valid; in fact, they were really cool about it and every time I left the car there for checking/service, they gave me a lift to wherever I needed and picked me up when my car was ready to take my car back. I can’t recommend their service enough. It may seem a bit more expensive than buying from a private seller, but at the end it is worth it because the car is checked, and you get support after the sell for legitimate problems. Would buy a car from them again, for sure.

There was a very minor mechanical issue that maybe should have been dealt with before the sale, but the service crew ( Thanks, Phillip!) took care of it quickly and efficiently. Overall, one of the least stressful vehicle purchases we have ever made.
