I met Phil as a sales representative for Miedal 2 weeks ago .He was very helpful and professional as he was able to answer all of my questions about a Pioneer side x side. Although I was prepared to order and wait the 6 to 8 weeks, he located what I wanted in Edmonton and as of yesterday I now have it. He even delivered it to my home for me. I will definitely return as I am extemely pleased with his service.

Phillip went above and beyond to get me into the truck that I inquired online about. I live 3.5 hours from Saskatoon, he provided me with a video tour of the truck and was able to answer all of my questions in a very timely manner. To top the deal off he delivered the truck too me and drove my trade home. Saved me tons of valuable time for which I am very appreciative. I recommend Phillip to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Jeff and Trent in the finance department were also excellent to deal with.

If not for Jo, I would have given any stars. Jo was very helpful; she tried to help out in every possible way, but honestly, Jeff, the financial manager, was not very customer friendly. I would not say to walk in here if you are trying to build your credit back. Jeff literally made me feel small for my credit score. Very poor financing system, not very friendly customer services compared to the rest of the dealerships in the city. ??

Lost second gear in my 2017 Civic Type R with roughly 27,000km and still under manufacturers warranty. Brought it to the dealership immediately as it is a well documented issue with this particular car and the infamous second gear grind. They ordered parts for the car. However, instead of keeping the defective car while waiting for the parts , Meidl Honda simply returned the car to me without a second gear. The very next day, due to shifting from third gear to first gear, the engine kicked up a crankshaft sensor code. All documented no less, they again returned the car to me. After two and a half months of meticulously driving (roughly 2,000km) without a second gear and numerous pleas to Meidl Honda for a loaner, the cars first gear finally gave out. After fighting with Honda Canada since June of this year to honor the warranty (remember the parts for the broken transmission were ordered), it appears that I have lost the battle as a consumer. Seven months without the car and yes, I have been taking the bus to work ever since.

My vehicle broke down in December and I ended up renting for a month while vehicle searching . I went to many lots then ended up at Meidl Honda . A salesmen name Phil helped me and he was amazing . He wasn’t pushy but knowledgeable. He gave me options and choices , took me out for a test drive on different vehicles . Went over prices and let me decide . When I finally made my choice over days , he purchased fancy key rings for us . Gave me rides to drop off the rental . I couldn’t get away to do some last minute paperwork and he brought the paperwork to me . Filled my tank with gas . The best customer service I have received he really went above and beyond . The rest of the staff also were great as well . What a great experience. Thanks Meidl Honda

Great service, they helped so much to get my mom into a new car. Easiest process ever, the salesperson Jo was nothing short of amazing. This the third car we have got for my mom through them and each time they never fail to impress. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a vehicle to check them out.

Excellent communication. Great service, very professional. Highly recommended. We had Philip Li from sales department, he was very friendly, professional and helpful. Benson Mcculloch from the finance team was very patient, professional and gave us many options. The service is impeccable and professional. I would definitely go back and refer everyone I know to Honda. Thank you so much and keep it up.
