★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sat on hold for ten minutes waiting for the front desk to come back to the phone , they were checking to see if the water slide was open during COVID. Isn’t this something they should know??? They work there!! They left the phone sit there and I never did get an answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was filthy and not well kept... the water slides and water park aren't worth bothering with they are tiny and gross.the bar restaurant staff where excellent tho.... we forgot medical equipment for our son they where suppose to send but didn't until a month and a half later when one of the best front desk girls saw it and mailed it to me herself after work even only good thing they had

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dirtiest place i have been to. Had to switch room and it was still gross and my mom had to change the bedding because there was a dead fly in the sheets my childs feet where black from craling on the floor. Theres pizza on the couch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing stay here. Staff was awesome. Team was welcomed and treated wonderfully. They even gave the boys an empty conference room to play in.
Staff answered every question, helping us when we needed to change hotels quickly.
