Travelodge Hotel by Wyndham Saskatoon - Saskatoon

Rooms were gross. No plug ins held a charger, they fell out of the sockets. Lights didn't work. Shower head trim ring was not attached to the wall, just dangling. No racks in the fridge. The parking lot was HORRENDOUS, multiple people in our family slipped multiple times. Would tell everyone to save their money and stay somewhere else.

Positive: We had our grandsons stay with us so they could go use the pool and water slides. Everything was so clean, staff was friendly. I needed to go to my car at about 10:30 that night and I asked the security guard to walk me there and ge did! Negative: No, could use continental breakfast.

Ridiculously overpriced We paid $200 per night for a "poolside deluxe" room mid week. I have no idea what was deluxe about it. Very small room, the room had been updated and had a pull out chair (perfect bed for a child) but the bathroom was super old and gross. There was also hair all over (cleaning wasn't done well) The pool is split in 2. 1 is the slides with a pool and hot tub. Take a long cold walk down the hall and you get to the splash pad, pool, and hot tub. The pictures made it all look like 1 but it's not. About every hour for 30 minutes they kicked everyone out of the pool to "clean". Sometimes the staff cleaned but most of the time not. This is a big problem for me. Since the point of paying so much for this room was the pool and constantly having to leave and sitting in the room with 3 wet and cold kids is outrageous. Another person at the pool stated she didn't have poolside and could only come to the pool 2 times. There were staff tracking at the door. This is also Ridiculous because she couldn't go back and forth between the pools and remember, you constantly get kicked out. They had a buffet breakfast. It cost $50 for my family of 5. It was of the same quality as a free continental breakfast that you get at other hotels. one night the pool staff was struggling in locking our door (woke everyone up), next thing you know, they just opened the door! (keep in mind, the pool staff are a bunch of teenagers, who also have full access to your room) we had a dog in our room, thank god he was still a little dozzy or he would have woke up the entire hotel. Because, as others have mentioned, the walls are paper thin and you hear everything! We will not be staying here again.

There was a mouse in my room. My cat caught the mouse the morning after our stay and i was mortified. Our room bill was compensated. Hotel is very outdated. The halls are a complete maze, honestly if there was a fire in the building it would be tragic for guests. I looked forward to using the pool, but only one was open, it was extremely busy and could not use. This hotel should be shut down for major upgrades and handle the pest problems. highly do not recommend!!

We love staying here! It's a very affordable overnight stay in Saskatoon! The kids LOVE the pool and the front staff has always been great! The pool water is always warm! We have stayed here multiple times for appointments this last few months and will continue coming back. Being Pet friendly is a great perk too!

My son and I were totally stranded yesterday after my car broke down during a cross country road trip. I booked in a SUPER affordable rate, all in was less than $130 for the night, and the pool was open till 10pm so my son was stoked. The staff were excellent, Diane, Alannah, and Aaron (maybe wrong on names but they were truly wonderful) helped us and made our stay so enjoyable. Another one nodded and winked when my son inquired if the space room had an anti gravity function! The gentleman checking us in gave my son a map and took the time to explain everything to him. Exceptional vibes all around. When I asked to have a later check out time while I waited for my ride from Edmonton, the staff were super accommodating and encouraged us to stay and use the aqua centre. The pools, slides and splash pad were immaculately clean and so much fun. Despite renovations in our section of the hotel, we had a quiet and peaceful stay and will definitely be back. Thank you guys for being there for this mama and kiddo when I was super stressed and stranded!!! We will see you again!

First time here. Service arriving wasn’t as friendly as the service leaving but the room was clean and they replaced my coffee machine so I could have coffee. That was very much appreciated! The only thing I’d suggest is for around $100 per night it would be nice to see room service available to order food or free breakfast included with purchase, like I seen many others offer . I looked at so many before Coming here because others were offering free breakfast for around $75 a room. But I enjoyed my stay here . And Kelly the night guy I hope you feel better! We were here recently and really enjoyed our stay! I don’t leave reviews but decided to do one today. We stay regularly, the kids love the pool and all the staff are great. The room could of been cleaner that’s for sure, but we overlook that. The pool area is so much cleaner than the last few times we stayed here, so whatever you are doing or whoever you hired, was a great choice. We will be back
