As soon as we got into the room there was bugs on the bed and behind. They didn’t give me a refund. Waste of money and low quality hotel. Do not stay here.

Easy to find and access close to other restaurants and services. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Close to circle drive so easy to get to when traveling through and you need a night's rest.

I always feel comfortable here its a great location Friendly staff that know the importance of customer satisfaction Great affordable price... awesome breakfasts One thing that i enjoy about staying there is always getting a bottom room because having my own entrance doorway is so much more convenient

Let start by saying theis is a Quality Inn, not a Marriott. I have stayed here multiple times and never been disappointed. It is a well maintained property that is clean and modernized. My room was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will stay here again if I am in the area.

This Quality Inn gets a star for excellent customer service- from the time we walked in Nelson greeted us cheerfully and was informative of the hotel and the Saskatchewan area. Another star goes for cleanliness and safety as we went to the Marriott, holiday inn, super 8, motel 6 and Quality Inn wins especially during covid time. I am impressed that they cover the coffee maker with plastic, they had gloves and mask available in the breakfast area to use while serving your food, they had a cutlery dispenser - love, as I detest when ppl are touching all the forks. Another star goes for location, location, its great because there are many restaurants in the area. McDonald’s is right next door ! I did like the idea that I can also park right in front of my room- faster and easier when ready to leave. Complimentary breakfast included and it’s good . They have a sauna/ heater in the washroom - really, never seen that before. It’s freezing outside but you can rush in your room and take a nice warm bath with the sauna going. Or just use the toilet while your getting warm lol. Timer in the washroom too. It’s really big and spacious - you can definitely do physical distancing ?. I did notice frost on the door because it so cold but their heater works well so you don’t feel cold in the room. It’s not a fancy hotel but with all these pros …you don’t even think about that. We always stay in hotels that have pools so we wouldn’t even stay here because they don’t have one and I don’t know what made us choose this hotel but we are surely happy we did. Very bright and welcoming experience! Russell, thank you for an amazing experience.?

There was a young black man at the front desk who was especially friendly and respectful to me. I'm an older person and am used to being invisible to most young people. This young man acknowledged me and called me by name each time I entered the lobby. (the ladies didn't even look up). I was very impressed with him. The Restaurant (Ricky's) next door has good food. And the room price was great for my limited budget. I loved my stay there.

Not impressed with this hotel at all. The first room (271) that we were assigned has two big noisy a/c units right in front of the window, blocking most of the light and it felt like a basement unit. The staff was very accommodating and offered us a different room however the second room they moved us to (244) was even worse as it is right across from the staff maintenance room where towels and sheets are stored and washed and from the early morning there is constant noise coming through (as the door to the room has a gap on the bottom) - staff seem to gather there to load their carts and they talk very loudly. We didn't have any rest in the morning and had to leave the room early. All of the staff are nice but just inconsiderately noisy. The a/c unit in the room is not properly sealed so there is constant chill coming through the cracks into the room (probably bugs too) - you can actually see through the cracks to the outside. Staff smokes on that side of the building so the cigarette smoke comes into the room if someone is out there on a smoke break. Overall a very dated building in need of updates and a very noisy place that I would not recommend at all. Additionally, there are a lot of sketchy individuals walking around the cars, day and night. There is a liquor store on the property so that brings in some issues to the area. The hotel does have a security guard that walks the grounds but the overall feel of this place is very unsafe in addition to noise and other issues. Breakfast is included but if you are making healthy choices make sure you bring your own food.
