Hotel smelled like weed all through hallways and rooms despite being moved to another floor. Uncaring staff. Thermostat in room did not work. Was really hot and maintenance unable to fix it. No housekeeping services during stay. Towels requested by telephone to front desk and not brought up despite saying they would bring them. Terrible service. Will never stay here again.

Positive: The common area with the plants and small creek running thru the lounge area. Very nice ambiance. Overall a decent hotel at more than decent price. Nice décor throughout the facility. Staff was friendly. Negative: The open shower concept (water gets all over the floor) and the frosted door on the bathroom. If someone goes to the bathroom at night the light thru the door fills the whole room

We booked our wedding here and everything from the ceremony space to the hotel rooms for our guests was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. Setup and meals were painless and if your needing a space for any event this is the place to do it. Thank you again Saskatoon inn for making our wedding day perfect.

Came to the restaurant for the buffet breakfast, it used to have a lot more options but this time we went it was very minimal. Most of the food in the buffet tasted as if it was sitting there for a while, hash browns over cooked, waffle so crunchy and burnt. I don’t believe $30 per person is an adequate price considering the options and taste of food that they serve. Our server also only came to us 1 time during our whole time here. Definitely don’t recommend coming here if you want a nice buffet experience with lots of options and good service.

I've spent a couple weekends here after a flight from the states and you get what you pay for. This isn't somewhere I would stay for a week but for somewhere to sleep, shower and then leave to my next destination. The buffet is really good and worth the money. The pool is okay but nothing special. If you want a safe place to stay and near the airport this is a great choice.

Nice rooms, lumpy pillows First off, I hadn't been in this hotel since a Christmas staff party in 2001. I don't know what I was expecting, but I was surprised by the renovations. They looked nice and modern, although many areas were seemingly waiting their turn. The carpet seemed out of date, the elevators looked old inside, and the lounge was quite anachronistic. Hopefully those are in the works soon. Unfortunately, the main reason we chose to stay here was because of the pool and gym, both of which were closed, to be open the next day. We had four children travelling with us who were all very disappointed. We booked through the website and while I saw later it was noted on there, it should really be ABOVE the big "Book Room" button, because very few people would think to scroll halfway down the homepage to read about the hotel when all they want to do is book a room in that hotel. The room was clean and fairly pleasant to look at, but could have used some modern upgrades beyond the exterior stuff. It was difficult figuring out how the heat worked (my hubby thought the dial was for a sauna lamp in the bathroom, not to turn the heater on). The bathtub was a plus for me, but was fairly scratched up. The hairdryer was old and cracked, and lastly the mini fridge squealed unpleasantly when turned on. We were keeping some drinks in there so luckily I had earplugs! However, the worst part for me was the lumpy pillows. The super comfy bed had these super comfy sheets and blankets, but all six pillows in the room were full of hard lumps, and every person in the three rooms we booked said the same. Because the pillows seem to be decent quality, I can only chalk this up to improper washing: higher quality pillows have very fine polyester filling which can sort of melt and clump together when washed and dried at too high of heat, causing lumps like that. It made for a terrible sleep; I ended up folding my fleece jacket under my head and using that instead. I thought the staff were fairly pleasant, but I found out later they were quite rude to the children with us. They went so far as to blame them for a hole in the air mattress they brought in as an extra bed (what happened to having extra cots?) after repeatedly being asked for it, and even threatened the kids saying they were going to charge us for the air mattress, so that ruined that for me. All in all, not a great stay but I liked being able to take a bath, and that it was close to the airport. Hopefully they will have renovated EVERYTHING in the future to make it a great one for other people.

I last visited this hotel with my family in 2020, and we had a very pleasant stay. However, when we visited again in 2022. it wasn’t really good at all. To start off, although I love that the hotel has a really pretty dining area beside the swimming pool. It’s disappointing, that the rooms are not spacious. The washrooms aren’t that clean either. I was actually surprised because this isn’t how I remember the hotel being during my previous visit. Not only this, but we asked the staff for an air mattress and they handed that to us without any pillows or bed sheets. I thought that was weird so I had to call them again to request for that. My initial problem is just with the hotel room conditions, which in my opinion are not very clean. It made my family and I quite uncomfortable. ?

Positive: Very clean and there is this cool setup in the middle the hotel where the pool is. It's nice just to go for a walk and look at the interesting hotel. There were a lot of parents with their kids and they all looked like they were having a great time. Negative: Not a thing. Great job.
