★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is substandard in so many ways. If they charged $80/night might have no reason to complain. But they charge $160/night for old, smelly uninviting rooms and poor service. I have read many of the reviews here and a great deal of them are poor. Wish I would have read them before booking. I also notice the management response to poor reviews is scripted and not genuine. Terrible place,overpriced and horrible rooms in the West Wing. DO NOT EVER BOOK WEST WING. You will be sorely disapointed. Also why are people who book through a 3rd party discriminated against by having to pay for parking and breakfast? Not acceptable!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family of 4 stayed 2 nights. I asked for more coffee and more towels, and was met with an eye roll and death stare for whatever reason.
Our experience at the restaurant was awful! Lady at front didn’t acknowledge our arrival which was fine, she looked busy, then acknowledged people leaving, still didn’t acknowledge us. RUDE. Three tables came in after us got their food before us, we had to ask for our waters 2 times, and sat with empty coffee cups. We waited over an hour for our food. Won’t be going to that establishment again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the pillows were super hard, the fan was super loud, and a weird layout it wasn't the best hotel I've stayed at but it's not the worst. maybe invest in softer pillows oh also it was SUPER COLD even with the heat cranked up. the food at the restaurant was amazing tho and the waitress was super friendly and sweet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My team and I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and it has been an amazing experience.
They were very accommodating to help us during our long stays with very nice rooms for economy and standard rooms.
There is a restaurant, bar, pool attached and various other stores near by
I would recommend staying with this hotel if you need a place to stay in Saskatoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to save a little money they would not turn the AC on in the building April. We tried to sleep but the whole night it was 25 degrees in there. They gave us a fan which did not help at all we basically begged to have some cool air and they refused. Not to mention the restaurant downstairs the service was by far some of the worst service I’ve ever had. The food was pretty good but the service was just awful. The staff wasn’t overly polite either, there was a select few members that were good to deal with. The only reason my rating isn’t 1/5 is because they took some price off for all of the inconveniences.

I had the pleasure of staying here for 2months and the price was affordable and they were able to give me a smoking good deal on my room plus a good tasting complimentary breakfast everyday. ? Highly recommend .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay! We have stayed here before but we stayed in the penthouse suite for our wedding days. Very nice layout with a beautiful view!!! Staff were all great and everything was amazing. The food in the restaurant down stairs was amazing and the first time I have ever seen eggs bene on a buffet line. Chilled sparkling wine waiting in our room after returning from our dance congratulating us. The location is beautiful with downtown very close and access to amazing river front walking trails. Highly recommended!
