Clean and quiet despite how busy the hotel was, not enough elevators though for my 9’month preggo self whilst it being busy.. the food was terrible sorry, for the price .. I’d say jus go out to eat. They did not pick up the trays when finished after room Service either, so a little messy.. The pool is what makes the stay worth it, they have a great pool.

Stayed here for about a month after my home burnt down in the fall. The staff were more than accommodating to our difficult situation and worked with our insurance to get our stay covered. The room service could have been a bit broader but thats just nitpicking. I also stayed here in their 2 story suite for my bachelorette party! They were there with whatever i needed. I certainly recommend this great hotel to anyone.

Garbage in hallways, restaurant closes early on long weekends yet they open the pool longer, pool was so packed coukdbt even enjoy it. , floor was full of food dirt n glitter, small rooms, no breakfast, building was confusing with random elevators to only certain areas accessible.beds and pillows where lumpy. Won't be back.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel very regularly over the years and we have never had anything but the most pleasant experiences. The underground parking, water park, food, and clean and comfortable rooms are next to none in this province. This hotel also stands out from the hundreds of other hotels we have visited because of the staff’s professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction, even during these last couple years when other properties have quite frankly given up under immense pressure on this industry.

Our clinic had a business seminar here. We had some staff conference who has food restrictions and they where not very accommodating food wise or creative. Very boring food. They also didn't check up on the beverage area in our room. We ran out of some teas, dairy free milk. The good thing about this place is they have tech service here and they are absolutely wonderful. The cleaning staff where also amazing they were always cleaning the bathrooms and picking up empty dishes.

It is nearly located in Downtown and close to many great amenities! A very comfortable and convenient with amazing River view hotel! It has been my usual place for over 10 years when travelling to Saskatoon! The room is spacious and beautiful! The restaurant Scarlet has great service with many delicious dishes including the nice room service as well! Friendly and helpful staff at both Scarlet and Hotel Front Desk. Really enjoy it and highly recommended to you when you are in Saskatoon!

A very comfortable hotel with great views and proximity downtown. Parking is available for additional charge but pretty convenient for Downtown, and underground when space available. The hotel rooms are Comfy, and have decent amenities. Indoor Swimming pool with Waterslide and whirlpools. The bed was Comfy and the shower had good pressure. The elevator was 1/2 down during our stay, so a little slow, but worked alright. Room service available and inside restaurant too. I would definitely recommend if you're looking to enjoy what the downtown has to offer, great walking distance to many attractions.

In some ways, this is better than a 3-star hotel and has some great touches. In others, it disappoints. It depends what is important to you. Check in was efficient and friendly, housekeeping was great, the room was spotless and the bed comfortable. I appreciated generous supply of bottled water. The water pressure in the shower is so low you can barely get a facecloth wet; I had trouble rinsing my hair. There are no charging outlets anywhere near the night tables, and the charging points in the desk weren't working. I was there 3 nights and had to move the little fridge, unplug coffee pot, crawl under desk and unplug lamps to use my computer and charge my phone. One other irritant is that they do not supply any decaf coffee, and when requesting it I got a shrug and a 'guess you'll have to come down and buy it at Starbucks' which was not acceptable. On check-out the service was efficient but surly when I mentioned the non-working outlets. I'm pretty sure the clerk didn't make a note of them so the next guest will also be cursed with dead devices after a night of plugging them in. I like the location, river views are super, and you can walk pretty well anywhere in Downtown Saskatoon within 15 minutes.
