★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful hotel,great service great food,great staff.
One thing when we arrived it was very hot in the rooms when we ask the next day about the AC we were told that they havent switched the boiler over yet.
Asked if they could do that because of the heat in the room,we were told no,nothing else just no,my AC fan in the room has been on since we arrived and that was 3 days ago and they still havent sorted it out.
That's the only negative thing I can say about the hotel,which to be honest is huge,unable to sleep properly at night because of the heat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location and the food are outstanding. We were very impressed by the staff at breakfast. The room and some of the fixtures were a little worn and in need of refurbishment. Parking at night was a challenge, although staff made an effort to help.

Very clean, spacious and lots of natural light in our room.
Beautiful view to the town or river, whichever you prefer and subject to availability.
Fridge, kettle, coffee maker in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s difficult to post a bad review when you get to stay in such a beautiful building. Our room was comfortable, great corner view. The entire place was very quiet while we were there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Storied and character driven hotel. Queen Jr suite was well equipped and comfortable.
Room service breakfast was delicious.
The only pet peeve I have is paying for parking on top of everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has the best service in the city, most places if you’re a poc you might get dirty looks but this place is friendly and accommodating all around! The rooms are tidy and clean. No matter the room, the views are nice. You feel very good when you stay here and you’re right uptown so you can go explore then come back to your amazing room!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very special heritage hotel with a breathtaking presence on the south Saskatchewan river. The staff were friendly and the room was well equipped. Must admit some things are showing age and I understand it is probable there will be a renovation soon and possible rebrand to autograph series. That being said this is an incredible venue worth staying in while visiting Saskatoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is our first time to stay in these hotel. And front desk are wasn’t able to explain about their amenities. And they charge us twice for the parking fee. We requested for microwave they said they will give us one. But nothing came. We got the room in 2nd floor and it is too small the TV is not working. We ask for a better room with the TV that is working. This hotel ruined our Family New Years Celebration. Not gonna be here again.
