★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went back for 2nd time after i got call from Management and it was 5-star stay Suite and jacuzzi. Loved the room n on top,my kids enjoyed the most. Will definitely stay again n not hesitate to recommend. Close to mall n downtown n theater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean hotel. Close to everything in DT Saskatoon. Standard amenities. However, at check-in, we were surprised to learn that our booking also included a complimentary breakfast worth $30+ - thank you for your hospitality Hilton!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really dirty and under staffed. Half the things didn't work in the room. Bathtub felt like never cleaned. I can understand, during covid management had to reduce staff. But, now since everything is back to normal, they are still operating their Breakfast place with 1 nice gentleman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entire place is dirty and grimy and smells like wet basement. Sweet 70's carpet tho. Front desk staff are polite and friendly and I feel bad for them. Parking is overpriced and NOT secure whatsoever, it basically just lines all the cars up in the lot so the local transients know where to steal from. Room is mostly clean but dated. The shower glass doesn't work and everything about this place is tired, dirty and run-down. I know anyone can buy a license from Hilton and do this, but come on, there should be limits

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel and staff were great but paying $14 for parking in the midtown mall parking lot and having our window smashed and stuff stolen from the vehicle that we could not bring into the hotel was more expensive than the whole trip. Would recommend getting a gated private parking lot. Sadly won’t be returning which is a shame because the room was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. When I got there at 4.00 pm they didn't have my room ready,they gave me a smaller room,which had a bad smelling. I ordered some dry ribs,tasted awful. The area is dangerous. Got overcharged for the parking spot. When I asked for the check out,they told me that I could leave later than 12.00 pm,then turned out I should've left at 12.00pm. Just unprofessional. Thought of going to Hilton would be a good experience,yet was the worst. Not worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location in Saskatoon. Parking is next to the building and is $13.50 a day. There are a few restaurants in the lobby and no room service.
Our room was nice and it was clean and the hotel has lots of places to relax.
Our only point of contention was the fact that the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time so the kiddos decided not to go swimming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here because of the location across from midtown towers where I had business. All the staff were super friendly, stayed in one of the newer renovated rooms which fresh and comfy. The pool was a bit cooler than I liked and wasn't too thrilled about the $14 parking but overall the rate was a good value.
